Here are the steps you need to follow to transfer a ticket for "Burn to Basics."
Important Notes:
Financial transactions between the ticket holder and the recipient are to be arranged directly between you two (we do not facilitate these transactions) 😇.
Tickets cannot be transferred to someone who already holds a ticket of the same type in the system.
Process Description:
Go to the ticket link (which was sent via SMS after the purchase. If you can't find it, please contact our ticket department by email, and we will resend it to you).
Click on "Request Transfer" (as shown in the screenshot below):
3. In the window that opens, enter the phone number and email address of the person to whom you are transferring the ticket.
Make sure you enter the correct phone number and email address; any mistakes here will require contacting the ticket department for assistance, which could delay the process.
4. The final step is to click on "Submit”:
5. Congratulations 😇! You have completed your part. The recipient will now take over the process.

The recipient should access the link received via SMS/email and fill in their details to create the new ticket:

That’s it - you have completed your part, and the ticket transfer is now finalized.
